[Looking for flavors of China 尋找中國味]

I love spend time with people.
To share, chat, exchange life.
We teach each other a lot.

I am so happy today.
I finally found and ate that Pancake rolled with crisp fritter.(天津煎餅果子)
This is Thai basil chili pork flavor.
Good for lactose intolerance cuz not milk in the crust.
I thought it yearn day and night.

Although I can't come back to China.
At least Taiwan's epidemic has decreased.
We are temporarily safe.
And fortunately...there is a shopkeeper that brings China traditional food in Taiwan.

"Do you have chili sauce?" I asked
"I have chili powder and chili sauce, both come from Chaotian pepper"she said
"both are ok."I said
“wow, not spicy at all”i tasted.
“I think you are suitable to live in Chongqing 重慶. Cuz other customers think it's spicy.”she said
“Yes, That is my heaven. But actually, I am not very good at eating spicy taste, just mild.”i said.

She's so kind of me, friendly, passion.
I am very grateful for her cooked.
